Now in its third year, our collaboration with Pimentae continues to bring their experience-led brand to life through immersive, high-energy festival activations. Tasked with delivering a turnkey bar solution that captures Pimentae’s signature blend of colour, music, taste and magic, Stackd Productions oversees full production, logistics, storage, and onsite execution. The focus the festival bar activation was to create a lively, engaging after-party-style environment, designed to accommodate high footfall, encourage dancing, and extend the festival atmosphere late into the evening. From functional bar layouts to atmospheric lighting and custom styling, every element was curated to maximise guest engagement and reinforce brand identity.

Project Execution

‍In addition to activating their brand presence on-site, we also handle the transportation and in-house storage of all their POS materials and activation props, ensuring everything is ready and in perfect condition for each event. Pimentae are at 20 events most year which mean storing, delivering, installing and breaking their activations for each festival. By streamlining these processes, we allow Pimentae to focus on showcasing their premium products while we handle the logistics and execution.
