Project Brief Arc Du Soleil approached us to deliver a high-impact activation on a one-day turnaround, with the added challenge of a difficult event space to fill. The brief focused on creating a reusable asset, customised from previous activations, to align with Stackd’s USP of sustainable, cost-effective solutions. The design needed to be immersive and eye-catching, shaped to mirror the iconic Arc Du Soleil bottle, while incorporating weather-resistant features for outdoor use. The activation also had to provide a seamless sampling opportunity and create a striking 360-degree brand presence.
Project Execution We customised existing assets with new feature panels, branded orange circles, and a refreshed front bar panel to keep costs efficient while maximising visual impact. The installation was completed in just one day, transforming the limited space into a bold, immersive environment designed to resemble the Arc Du Soleil bottle. Practical weatherproof modifications ensured the structure remained durable while enhancing the customer experience. The result was an engaging activation that balanced design, function, and sampling opportunities, delivering standout visibility for Arc Du Soleil’s new venture.
Design Idea
The concept was inspired by Arc Du Soleil’s bottle itself, transforming it into a walk-through, immersive brand world. By using bold orange accents, circular motifs, and curved feature panels, we created a visual language that echoed the shape and energy of the bottle, while ensuring the structure felt interactive and inviting. The customised, reusable build was designed to adapt across multiple events, with weatherproof enhancements to support outdoor activations. This balance of creativity and practicality ensured Arc Du Soleil could achieve strong visual impact, brand storytelling, and customer engagement within a compact footprint.
