Project Brief Duppy Share tasked Stackd Productions with creating a visually impactful, practical, and cost-effective converted Luton van for use across 15 major summer festivals. The brief demanded a multi-brand activation space for Duppy Share, Old Jamaica, and Cazcabel, with high visibility, strong service functionality, and brand immersion. The unit needed to be easily transportable and operationally efficient, contributing to significant bottle sales and trade engagement across over 20 events. Crucially, the full brand activation needed to break even at each festival while being managed by a centralised operations team with the cost footprint of less than one full-time hire.
Project Execution We sourced a Luton van with the ideal specs, ample interior storage, a wide 3.5m service hatch, and ease of mobility to meet the rapid touring demands. Stackd handled the full design and build process, installing a full-width hatch, branded signage, and a disguised aluminium panel exterior dressed with foliage and ambient lighting. Interactive elements such as a coconut shy game, interchangeable menus, and a custom archway were introduced to draw footfall and extend dwell time. All logistics, storage, and upkeep were centrally managed by our in-house operations team, allowing the brand to activate at scale without excess resource spend.
Design Idea
The design approach focused on merging Caribbean flair with functional versatility, transforming the van into a mobile brand world that reflected Duppy Share’s playful, vibrant identity. We integrated a bottle display across the back bar, a large TV screen menu, faux speaker lightboxes styled like a sound system, and a modular archway to frame the activation. Every surface was considered for branding, from a covering over the cab to interchangeable menu boards, allowing the unit to easily adapt to each location and festival audience. Durable, visually striking, and designed for speed, this immersive build was created to meet both operational efficiency and high-impact brand storytelling.
