Project Brief The Miraval x Taste project marked the second consecutive year of delivering the luxury yacht activation, following its debut at Silverstone. Our task involved making structural modifications, repairing damaged components, and ensuring the yacht was fully prepared for a flawless build. As part of the headline sponsor role at Taste, we expanded the activation to include an Arc Du Soleil bar at the yacht’s rear, adding depth to the brand presence. Additional elements included a Gardner Gin sampling bar and an engaging competition to win a magnum, aimed at increasing customer interaction and driving sales.

Project Execution We carefully restored and modified the yacht ahead of the festival, ensuring all components were in pristine condition for assembly. The Arc Du Soleil bar and ornamental finishes were installed to create a distinct and memorable brand space, while the Gardner Gin bar offered high-quality samples to guests. Live event services were delivered through our sister company, Cartails & Events, ensuring smooth operations and premium hospitality throughout. The activation exceeded sales targets, and after the festival, we dismantled and transported the yacht to Henley Regatta for its third high-profile appearance.

The Arc Du Soleil bar brought vibrant energy and striking visuals to the activation, while the Gardner Gin bar and magnum competition encouraged guest engagement. Every design decision balanced functionality for service with visual impact, ensuring a seamless transition between Taste and subsequent events like Henley.
